These terms govern use of the website at morningbrewcorner.life, operated by Morningbrewcorner, 150 King Street West, Suite 1204, Toronto, Ontario M5H 1J9, Canada. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The site is information, not a contract

Pages describe programs, the King Street counter, sourcing standards and account practice. They are published so that a prospective client can decide whether to request a site assessment. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on the site creates a workplace coffee agreement.

Prices, menu and service windows

Menu items, prices and service windows are indicative. They may change with season, supply and labour. A workplace program is priced only in a written proposal. Counter prices at the till may differ from the list on this site. Confirmation in writing is required before a program begins.

Proposals

A written proposal is valid for thirty days from the date on the letter, unless the letter states a shorter period. After that date we may revise volumes, the service charge or the equipment list against current costs. Acceptance of a proposal is in writing.

Use of the site

You may view and print pages for the purpose of considering Morningbrewcorner as a supplier. You may not scrape the site, copy substantial parts for a competing service, or present the content as your own. Trade marks and the name Morningbrewcorner remain ours.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by the law of Ontario, Morningbrewcorner is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, including loss of profit, data or business interruption, whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is limited to the minimum such law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the site.
